About Smart Nirmaan
Smart Nirmaan is a green building consultant and architecture firm based in Rudrapur, North India, established in 2018. Our mission is to plan and design projects that harmonise with nature and meet the highest standards of green building.
We work with real estate developers and clients building residential, commercial and hospitality projects in North India who need green certification, architecture or interior design. To date we list 23+ projects covering 24 million sqft.
Our commitment to sustainability
We develop techniques that conserve nature and reduce carbon footprints. Our projects align with the standards of IGBC (Indian Green Building Council), GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment) and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), and our designs aim to meet those benchmarks and often exceed them.
What we bring to a project
- Green building expertise: knowledge and experience in sustainable building practice, applied so every project uses natural resources efficiently.
- New techniques: we keep exploring methods that reduce environmental impact while keeping a building functional and good to look at.
Our vision reaches beyond single projects. We want to contribute to conserving natural resources and reducing carbon footprints, toward a world where sustainable architecture is the standard.
